Senior Expert PUM, Ministry of Foreign Affairs The Netherlands
for the sustainable development of their business. I have carried out missions to:
– India (December 2018) to support the set-up of an incubator in the Punjab region
– Colombia (May 2020 – present) via remote coaching I supported the set up of an online incubator in de region of Manizales.
– Bangladesh (June 2020 – present) via remote coaching I developed a Train the Trainer for B-Lab: trained staff and worked with them on defining a business model for the incubator they want to set up.
– Nepal (2022 – present) for which I work as a trainer for an online program for educators of universities in Nepal. I also do remote coaching for a University in Khatmandu to set up a business incubator.

support them in their personal and professional development. Our network consists of 77 Local Groups in 30 countries, reaching out to 60 000 students. In July 2015 I will be teaching “Leadership in Innovation” in Marmaris in Turkey.
– Visiting Professor Swiss University, Geneva, Switzerland. Swiss UMEF University is an international Business School with several campuses in Afghanistan, Senegal and the Middle East. I teach at both BA and MA level.
– Visiting Professor University of Gaziantep in south Turkey for Syrian students who have no access to education as a consequence of the war in Syria. Module: Foundations of Entrepreneurship in conflict and post-conflict areas. Student evaluation: Excellent.
– Visiting Professor Summer University in Kosovo (an initiative funded by SPARK Amsterdam) where I taught “Entrepreneurship – from basics to innovation”. Student evaluation: Excellent

Co-Founder and Member Executive Board Changemakers4all (www.changemakers4all.com)
Changemakers4all is a Dutch-Macedonian cooperative movement which focusses on: education, agriculture, culture and rural tourism. It was set up in June 2018 and we have had massive support from society. We developed programs for tourism, educational programs and campaigns to raise awareness about environmental and human rights issues.

Goodwill Global Ambassador Female Wave of Change (www.femalewaveofchange.com) Female Wave of Change is a global movement that unites women changing the world into a better place. We are women from all walks of life who take responsibility for our own future, the future of the next generation and of the world. I am also trainer in the soon to be launched program “Transformational Leadership”.

Senior Lecturer and Researcher Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences. Wittenborg University is one of the most international Business and Management school in the Netherlands working together with the University of Brighton in the UK. It was established over 25 years ago, offers all its programs and courses entirely in English. Its management, academics, teaching and support staff have diverse backgrounds and currently represent more than 12 countries, whilst its student body represents more than 50 countries and cultures. Ø November 2011 – present Founder and Director Foundation Faces of Change (www.facesofchange.online) geared at emancipation, empowerment and participation of refugees in society. We focus on empowerment and entrepreneurship.

Some activities:
– Project management of a 2-year EU project funded by the Life Long Learning Program with 5 organizations and 4 countries geared at adult
education. Objective: raising self-esteem, empowerment, contributing towards participation in society. Number of participants: 100 refugees from all over the world.
– Transmedia project “The refugee journey”, web-documentary containing
stories of Syrian refugees, in combination with an educational toolkit.
